Staff - Middle School
contact: hhuffman@mtscottlearningcenters.org Harth joined Mt. Scott in 2003 and has served as lead teacher at the middle school for the past three years. Harth’s teaching style utilizes authentic relationship-building with students and families to foster an understanding of each student’s interests, motivations, and skills. Harth emphasizes reading as the foundation of all Language Arts learning. He seeks out and acquires books to engage each individual student. Harth received his Masters in Education from Portland State University in 2002.
